Our law office established in 2000 specializes in providing advice to foreign
and local clients doing business in the Czech Republic. The office premises are
fully equipped with the latest office and communications technology, ensuring
prompt and efficient serving of client's needs. In addition, we maintain a comprehensive
database providing our lawyers with a full access to Czech legislation, case law
and specialized articles published in law reviews. In order to strengthen our
international expertise, we have established close relationship with fellow law
firms around the world, which operate on an equally high standard.
We are a member of the American Law Firm Association International and the Association
of European Lawyers which both are the international associations of quality,
progressive independent law firms. We are also a member of the American Chamber
of Commerce in the Czech Republic and the Czech Transportation Law Society.
Our law office consists of a team of highly qualified and experienced lawyers
with the detailed knowledge of the Czech law who provide the consultancy services
in the English, German, French, Slovak or Russian languages. Our lawyers have
received extensive training in prominent law offices practising both the Anglo-American
common law and the European civil law, so that they are able to combine the international
aspects of the transactions with the local legal environment. We also co-operate
with the sworn translators having experience with the translations of legal documents
and with a certified tax advisor capable to provide his services under the Czech
