AL-SOAIB LAW FIRM in Riyadh is a locally, regionally and internationally operating law practice. It was founded in 1995. Advising and representing numerous international corporations as well as major local businesses our firm is specializing in commercial transactions and litigation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The International Section of the firm was launched in 1999. Legal Consultant Jochen Hundt (LL.M. Sussex/UK; D.E.S.S. Strasbourg/France) provides a full range of legal services, in close cooperation with the Arab lawyers of the firm.

Due to the economic transformations that Saudi Arabia has witnessed in recent years and the related changes to the regulatory framework new foreign investors as well as companies already operating in the Kingdom and exporters are confronted with a modified legal environment and corresponding questions of law.
