Yeo-Leong & Peh, LLC was established in 1987 and has developed significantly over the years with an international perspective and an ability to meet client needs in Singapore and in the South-East Asian region. We are one of the larger law firms in Singapore with 29 lawyers and about 100 staff. We occupy four storeys in Asia Chambers, Singapore. In response to the needs of a diverse local and international clientele, we have a team of lawyers specialised in the following principal departments: Conveyancing and Real Estate, Banking and Corporate and Cross Border Legal Services, Banking Litigation and Debt Recovery, General Litigation, Family Law Centre, Probate Wills and Trust, Immigration and Employment Law, Technology and Intellectual Property Department, Shipping and Admiralty, Company Incorporation and Corporate Secretarial and Maintenance Services. We also offer cross border legal services. We are one of the few Singapore law firms that have a licensed representative office in Shanghai.

Use Of Technology

We believe in keeping up with changes in the business environment and staying up-to-date, especially in enabling us to serve our clients more effectively and efficiently with growing automation in the Singapore judiciary and court legal systems. We have a comprehensive computer link-up and are now operationally connected with the Internet. Plans are currently underway to provide for video-conferencing facilities in our firm. This link-up will enable us to conduct hearings and liaise directly with the Registrars in the Courts from our office via cyberspace technology. This facility will certainly be both cost effective and efficient.

Presently, we have a sophisticated computer system for external and internal purposes. It is electronically connected to external local Registries which enables us to conduct searches, as well as keep updated records of case management and status reports internally.

We also have a Front-End system installed in our firm for documents to be filed electronically with the Courts. Internet and cyberspace automation will further enhance our role as an efficient one-stop service-provider to our client and we will continue to broaden and improve our existing scope of legal services with the addition of new activities to make business dealings with us more relevant, convenient and cost-effective for our clients.
