• The undersigned is an Advocate and Solicitor qualified at St. Xavier College, Bombay, graduated in BA (HONS) with Sociology and Political Science, LLB with (HONS) and LLM with (HONS) all under Government of India Cultural- Scholarship to a Yemeni.
  
  
• Registered as an Advocate in the Bombay High Court.
  
  
• Registered as an Advocate in the Aden Bar Association in February, 1968.
  
  
• Appointed Senior Magistrate in the Aden Magistrates Courts in September 1968, until end of 1971.
  
  
• Practising as Legal Practitioner from 1971, until today in the Republic of Yemen.
  
  
• Appointed as an Honorary Legal Adviser for National Shipping Company and Yemen Insurance & Re-Insurance Company at the then Southern Yemen until May 1990 when both wings of Yemen were merged together to form the Republic of Yemen.
  
  
• A Member in several International Associations such as :
  BIMCO, World Jurist Association (National Chairman), International Bar Association,
  Law Asia, L. I. C., and several other International Organisations.
  
  
• The undersigned is also in a joint venture with Constant & Constant, Solicitors, a World famous Law Firm in London, U. K.
  
  
• Played an active role in making the Middle East Association & British Consultants Bureau Trade Mission to Yemen 29th September – 5th October, 1997, for the purpose of Investment in our Aden Free Zone – in participation with Nigel Willson of Constant & Constant, a success in Sana’a and Aden, Republic of Yemen.
  
  
• Represents six major P & I Clubs all over the world, including American P & I Club, Japanese P & I Club, Chinese P & I Club, German P & I Club (Trampahrt), United Kingdom P & I Clubs and Russian P & I Pool and is working for almost all the other Clubs on individual matters when approached being the senior most marine lawyer in the Republic of Yemen.
  
  
• Participated in the United Nations sessions, New York, of UNCITRAL in June, 1992 and in June 1998 and thirdly at Vienna 1998.
  
  
• Attended several International Conferences and Seminars in different places including at London, New York, Los Angeles, Bangkok, Manila - Philippines, New Delhi – India, Tokyo – Japan, Beijing, Istanbul, Dubai- UAE and several other countries.
  
  
• Considered to be one of the most leading Advocate handling Marine & Commercial Litigation in the Republic of Yemen.
  
  
• His main concentration is on the Business activities and investment, and more particularly on Aden Free Zone.
  
  
• His Law Firm includes a senior Advocate, called Mohamed Abdullah Zaid (55 years) a graduate BA (Law), a former Judge of the Aden Governorate Court of Appeal, served in Judiciary for 20 years. He has a very good command of the English Language as well as Arabic.
  
  
• My main office remains at Aden and I have a branch office at Hodeidah, Mukalla (Associate Office) and Sana’a (Law Firm). I have established strong Associate relationships with my senior colleagues at these different cities in case of need for urgent matters. There is no regionalism in our profession and our services are available throughout the Republic of Yemen.
